However, we can also accept payment by cheque, wire transfer or postal order at your request. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to Process Measurement & Analysis Limited and include your order reference number, address and contact details. We will ship your item once payment is received and cleared.

Under normal circumstances your item will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Process Measurement & Analysis Ltd use Express shipping methods. All shipping rates are based on the total weight of the item including packaging. When the item has been sent you will receive a confirmation email of your order status. All parcels sent via a recognised Express courier and are insured for damage or lose.
To return a faulty item to Process Measurement & Analysis Ltd, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to indicate the item you are returning, the reason for your return and your order number. Once you receive a confirmation from us, simply return it back to us, include the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. Please include a description of why the product is being returned.

For any transaction which is placed by mistake, or any order which we can’t fulfil, we will process a full refund back to your initial method of payment.
